Artist Profile

Anya Pandit

Engineer, food blogger and ice cream enthusiast; that’s how I introduce myself.

Having lived in Hong Kong for 20 years, studied in Boston for four, and now working in Singapore as an engineer in the semiconductor industry, I have had the opportunity to experience a myriad of cultures, meet wonderful people, and most importantly, eat some incredible food.

Exploring the dining scene in Singapore, and curating my blog, Eats by Anya, has allowed me to find friends, solace and a home in this city.

Food celebrates all of what I love.

And I, in turn, like to celebrate it.

Phone eats first and saying grace are akin in my world.

Light Bites

That 5, 6 o’clock snack, paired with a drink and some good company. Light bites, heavy snacks, bar food has its place in every culture.

Bellota Iberico, Mutton Rolls, Tandoori Fish Tikka, Mentai Wings, Oysters, Crispy Rice Sushi, Fries, Yakitori Sweetcorn, Pork Gyoza.

Humble. Simple. No fuss.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast, particularly, is rooted in customs and tradition.

Breakfast habits, more than any other meal, are shaped by one’s upbringing.

This reflects mine.
